Quick fixes

Troubleshooting

The QR code is not scanning

Make sure you have good lighting and hold the phone steady about 15–30 cm from the screen. If it still does not work, tap 'Can't scan image?' on the website to get a manual code you can type into the app instead.

I did not get the notification on my phone

Check that your phone has a data or Wi-Fi connection and that notifications are enabled for the Authenticator app. In the app, tap your account and then Refresh. You can also choose 'Use a code instead' on the sign-in screen and enter the six-digit code shown in the Authenticator app.

I have a new phone and cannot access the old Authenticator app

Contact the helpdesk. They can temporarily disable MFA for your account so you can sign in and re-enrol using your new phone.
