Quick fixes
Troubleshooting
The Start recording option is greyed out
Recording may be disabled for your account or your organisation. Contact the helpdesk to confirm whether recording is permitted and to request it be enabled for your role.
I cannot find the recording after the meeting
Recordings take a few minutes to process after a meeting ends. Check the meeting chat in Teams and your email for a link. If it has been more than 30 minutes and there is no recording, contact the helpdesk — there may be a storage or permissions issue.
